Commitment
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our design and testing target. We do not claim full conformance and we hold no accessibility certification: not every applicable success criterion has yet been audited and documented.
Accessibility measures
- Semantic headings in logical order and identified page landmarks.
- Skip-to-main-content link.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
- Associated form labels and errors announced to assistive technology.
- Meaningful alternative text on informative images and empty alt text on decorative images.
- Status is never communicated by color alone.
- Respect for the system’s reduced-motion preference.
- Layout usable at 200% zoom and on narrow mobile screens.
- Large touch targets on primary actions.
- Language attributes for Spanish and English content.
Known limitations
- Certificate of analysis images are scanned documents; their text is not selectable by assistive technology. We can read the content to you by phone or email on request.
- Carrier tracking sites are third-party and their accessibility is not under our control.
- The administrative barcode scanner requires a camera; the administrative area is not public.
Feedback process
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, write to lifeforcesciencepr@gmail.com or call 772-812-9921 and tell us the page and what happened. We acknowledge receipt, review the case, and inform you of the outcome or the remediation plan. If you need assistance completing an order, we can help by phone or email.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is ongoing work. We review new and existing pages and fix confirmed issues that we identify or that are reported to us.
