Cancellations

• Cancellation requests may be considered before payment verification or before fulfillment begins.
• Cancellation is not guaranteed once packing, label creation, or fulfillment has started.

Return eligibility

Because product integrity, traceability, and chain of custody cannot be independently verified after dispatch, research materials are generally not eligible for ordinary return after shipment.

• Opened, used, altered, improperly stored, relabeled, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
• Approved exceptions may apply to an incorrect item, verified shipping damage, materially defective packaging, or another verified fulfillment error attributable to Life Force Science PR.

Reporting window

Customers must report visible damage, missing contents, or an incorrect item within 3 calendar days of carrier-marked delivery.

How to report an order issue

• 1. Gather your order number and a description of the problem.
• 2. Photograph the shipping package, the shipping label, the product packaging, and the affected item.
• 3. Send the information to lifeforcesciencepr@gmail.com or call 772-812-9921 within the reporting window.
• 4. Preserve all packaging while the claim is investigated.
• 5. Wait for written authorization before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Investigation and resolution

• Carrier loss and damage claims are investigated using tracking and carrier records.
• Refunds, replacements, credits, or reshipments are issued only after review and when approved.
• Original shipping is free on all orders. Any cost associated with an authorized return, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy eliminates non-waivable consumer rights that apply under governing law.
