Who we are

Life Force Science PR operates from Puerto Rico and serves researchers and research entities in Puerto Rico, the 50 U.S. states, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our focus is a clear catalog, accessible documentation, and an orderly, verifiable ordering process.

The materials we offer are identified as research material. They are not offered for human or veterinary consumption, nor with any diagnostic or treatment indication.

Documentation and traceability

We publish the documentation that is available in our Documentation Center. Each published certificate states the product, presentation, lot, and report date exactly as they appear in the document.

Documentation must always be compared against the specific product and lot you received. When a product has no public documentation available, its page states that neutrally and without badges.

What we do not do

• We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations.
• We do not provide human or veterinary use instructions, dosing, or reconstitution guidance.
• We do not claim to manufacture, synthesize, compound, dispense, or independently test products.
• We do not guarantee research outcomes, product performance, or regulatory status.

Our operating principles

• Documentation: we publish what we have and clearly state when something is unavailable.
• Traceability: each order retains its own record of products, prices, and accepted policies.
• Responsible fulfillment: an order is not marked shipped until handoff to the carrier is confirmed.
• Clear communication: no misleading promotional language and no unsupported claims.
• Customer respect: your account, orders, and data are accessible only to you and to authorized staff.

Customer service hours: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., every day (Monday through Sunday), Puerto Rico time (AST, UTC−4). Closed on holidays.

Carrier dispatch happens on business days and not on holidays. Customer support hours do not mean orders ship seven days a week.
