1. Scope

2. Information customers provide
- Name, email address, and telephone number when you supply it.
- Shipping address and order notes.

3. Account and authentication information
Authentication is handled through an authentication and database infrastructure provider. Your password is stored in encrypted form by that provider; the site does not see or retain it in clear text.
4. Order and shipping information
Each order retains products, quantities, prices, totals, shipping address, shipping method, carrier, tracking number, and status history. These records are part of the transaction file.
5. Payment-method selection and payment verification records
The website does not collect card credentials and does not process payments online. Only the payment method you select and the payment-verification status recorded by the team outside the site are stored.
6. Device, log, and technical information
As with any website, the hosting and database servers may log technical request data such as IP address, date, time, and browser type for operational and security purposes. We do not place customer addresses or sensitive information in application logs.

Shipments travel through our flexible U.S. shipping network, which may include established carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination and service availability.
11. Fraud prevention and security
We apply role-based access control, row-level security rules in the database, server-side validation, and administrative audit logging. No security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Legal requirements
We may disclose information when required by law or to respond to valid legal process.
13. Business transfers
If the business or its assets are transferred, customer and order records may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
14. Referral program
If you tell us who referred you when creating an account or placing an order, we collect the name and phone number you enter for that person and use them only to link the referral to the correct account, confirm that the purchase qualifies, prevent abuse, and administer program rewards. This information is private: only authorized administrative staff can see it, it is never shown to other customers, and it is not published on any page or web address. In My referrals, each customer sees only their own totals, with no details about the people they referred.
15. Data retention
We retain information while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, audit, and legal requirements. Certain order records must be retained even after an account is closed.
16. Privacy choices and requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by writing to lifeforcesciencepr@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. We will respond and tell you whether any record must be retained due to a legal or audit obligation.
17. Age eligibility and privacy of minors
Life Force Science PR's website, customer accounts, ordering services, communications, and products are intended exclusively for adults who are 21 years of age or older. Persons under 21 may not create an account, submit an order, purchase products, or use the website's transactional services.
By creating an account, submitting an order, or completing any transaction, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Life Force Science PR reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when there is a reasonable basis to believe that the customer does not satisfy this age requirement.
Life Force Science PR does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone under 21 for the purpose of creating an account or completing a transaction. If we learn that information was submitted by a person under 21, we will take reasonable steps to restrict the account, cancel any applicable transaction, and delete or retain the information as appropriate under applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and record-retention obligations.

We operate and ship only within Puerto Rico, the United States, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Information is processed in the United States.
