1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit orders.

2. Age eligibility

The website, customer accounts, ordering services, and products are intended exclusively for adults who are 21 years of age or older. Persons under 21 may not create an account, submit an order, purchase products, or use the site's transactional services.

By creating an account or submitting an order you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. We may decline or cancel an order when there is a reasonable basis to believe this age requirement is not met. This is a company eligibility rule, not an electronic identity or age verification.

3. Research use only

Products identified as research materials are offered solely for legitimate laboratory and scientific research. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, injection, inhalation, topical application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or mitigation of disease, and they are not sold as food, medication, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.

A research-use-only label does not by itself establish regulatory compliance in any jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited uses

• Use or resale for human or veterinary consumption.
• Clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use of any kind.
• Relabeling, repackaging, or representing the material as suitable for human use.
• Use for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable institutional requirements.

5. Purchaser representations

The purchaser represents that the materials are acquired exclusively for legitimate research, that the purchaser has the capability and facilities to handle and store them appropriately, and that the information supplied with the order is truthful and complete.

6. No medical or veterinary advice

No content on the site — including product pages, certificates, research summaries, and customer communications — constitutes medical or veterinary advice.

7. Product information and availability

We aim to keep catalog information accurate. Availability may change, and an order may be adjusted or declined if an item becomes unavailable before payment verification.

8. Certificates and batch documentation

Published certificates correspond to specific lots. You should compare them against the product and lot received. The absence of public documentation does not imply any claim about product quality.

9. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity performed from your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Orders and order review

A submitted order is a purchase request. Orders are reviewed before approval and do not constitute a contract of sale until the company accepts the order and verifies payment.

11. Pricing, promotions, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. Totals are calculated and verified on the server when the order is submitted. Promotions apply according to their own conditions and validity. Applicable taxes, where relevant, are determined in accordance with law.

12. Payment verification

The payment methods currently presented are ATH Móvil, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo. The website does not collect payment online. Selecting a method does not constitute payment, and the order remains in “Payment Pending” until payment is independently received and verified.

13. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.

14. Returns, refunds, and order issues

Returns and claims are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Order Issues policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Fraud prevention and order refusal

The company may review, delay, refuse, or cancel an order when information suggests prohibited, unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent use, or when payment or purchaser information cannot be verified.

16. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, product imagery, wordmark, and presentation, belongs to Life Force Science PR or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written authorization.

17. User conduct

• Do not attempt to access other people’s accounts, data, or administrative areas.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the site.
• Do not submit false, fraudulent, or third-party information without authorization.

18. Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party services, such as carrier tracking. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

19. Website availability

The site may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or causes outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

20. Disclaimers

The materials and the site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, research outcomes, guaranteed purity, performance, delivery, or regulatory status, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

21. Limitation of liability

23. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, emergencies, carrier interruptions, or utility failures.

24. Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

25. No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of it.

26. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect is the one published on this page with its effective date. An order is governed by the version accepted at the time it was submitted.

27. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.
